1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and rr786 (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the rr786 online sports betting and live casino platform accessible at rr786.cam (the "Site").

By creating an account, accessing the Site or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. 2. Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) where applicable.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means a stake placed by a User on an outcome offered by the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any non-cash promotional credits credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by the Platform before processing withdrawals or when otherwise requested.
• "Platform" means the rr786 website, any associated mobile interface and all services offered therein.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by the User using actual currency (PKR or equivalent), as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
• "User" / "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they can be converted into withdrawable Real Money Funds.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

3.2.2 Users who are physically present in or residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law must not register an Account or use the Platform.

3.3 One Account Per User

3.3.1 Each individual User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all funds. If you have a duplicate Account in error, you must contact support immediately.

3.4 Accurate Information

3.4.1 All information provided at the time of registration — including name, date of birth, address and contact details — must be accurate, complete and up to date. Any inaccuracy discovered during KYC verification may result in suspension of the Account pending verification or permanent closure.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

4.1.1 To access real-money betting and gaming features, you must complete the Platform's registration process by providing the required personal information and creating a username and password.

4.1.2 The Platform reserves the right to decline a registration application without providing reasons.

4.2 Account Security

4.2.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any third party.

4.2.2 You must notify the Platform's support team immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation. The Platform will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 KYC Verification

4.3.1 The Platform may require you to complete KYC identity verification at any time, including — but not limited to — prior to processing your first withdrawal, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds or following flagged activity on your Account.

4.3.2 Required KYC documents may include a government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC), proof of address and, where applicable, source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal restriction or Account suspension.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

5.1.1 Deposits must be made using payment methods available in the Platform's live cashier at the time of transaction. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.1.2 The Platform references common Pakistani payment methods (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) for user context only. 5.1.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited to your Account.

5.2 Withdrawals

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

6.1.2 Bets placed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where the Platform's published rules expressly permit cancellation (e.g., event postponement or cancellation policies).

6.1.3 The Platform reserves the right to void any Bet that has been placed at incorrect or clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error or manifest error ("palpable error"). Users are not entitled to retain winnings from bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.

6.2 Cricket, PSL & ICC Markets

6.2.1 Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 Internationals and ICC events — are offered for informational and entertainment purposes. rr786 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any cricket team. These names are referenced as sports context only.

6.2.2 In-play/live betting markets are subject to specific rules governing settlement in the event of match suspension, abandonment or rain delays.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

6.3.1 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. The Platform reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Accounts or markets at its discretion.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

7.1.1 All bonuses, free bets and promotional credits are subject to individual offer terms including, but not limited to: minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, expiry dates and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds.

7.1.2 Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before they can be converted into withdrawable Real Money Funds. Unless the specific offer terms state otherwise, bonus funds are wagered before Real Money Funds.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and/or legal action:

• Allowing another person to access or operate your Account, including for the purpose of evading self-exclusion.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions made in bad faith.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the rr786 Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, imagery, software and any other material — is the property of rr786 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written permission.

9.3 Third-party trademarks, brand names and logos referenced on the Platform (including payment provider names and sporting organisation names) remain the property of their respective owners. No endorsement, affiliation or partnership is implied.

10. Privacy & Data

10.1 The collection, use and storage of your personal data is governed by the rr786 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference.

10.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data collected includes — but is not limited to — your name, contact details, payment information and betting activity records.

10.3 The Platform processes personal data for purposes including Account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and customer support. Data is not sold to third-party advertisers.

11. Responsible Gambling

11.1 rr786 is committed to responsible gambling. Gambling should be a form of entertainment and must never be seen as a means to generate income or resolve financial difficulties.

11.2 The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible to all registered Users:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your Account.
• Loss limits — cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits — restrict how long you can remain logged in during a single session.

• Self-exclusion — permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform.

11.3 Once a self-exclusion is activated, the Platform will take reasonable steps to prevent any new Account registrations by the self-excluded User. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion — including registering a new Account — are a breach of these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Amendments

13.1 rr786 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or prominent in-platform notification with reasonable advance notice.

13.2 Your continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the revised Terms take effect.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable licence. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or their use of the Platform.

14.2 Before initiating formal proceedings, Users are encouraged to contact the Platform's support team to attempt resolution of any dispute informally. The support team will aim to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe.

14.3 Pakistani users are reminded that gambling-related disputes may not be enforceable through Pakistani courts given the legal restrictions in place under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Nothing in this clause constitutes legal advice.
